Information you give us
- Contact details — name, email, phone number.
- Booking details — property address, appointment time, access notes, and your role in the transaction (buyer, seller, agent).
- Payment details — processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.
- Messages — anything you send us by email, text, or through the site.
Information created by an inspection
- Inspection media and reports — video and photos of the interior of the sewer line at the inspected property, plus our written findings. This media documents pipe conditions; it does not record people or the interior of living spaces.
Information collected automatically on the website
- IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referring pages, collected through cookies and similar technologies. See Section 06.

- Booking and contact information is retained for our business, tax, and legal records.
- Inspection reports and video are retained as business records documenting the work performed. You may request a copy of your report at any time.
- You may request deletion of your personal information as described in Section 07; some records may be retained where required by law or for legitimate business documentation.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including encryption in transit and access controls, and we host data with reputable providers. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we learn of a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.
